Today I finally began my summer goal of reading more poetry. I began with selected poems by E.E. Cummings. It was very lovely, and now many of the pages are dog-eared.

Today after work, I was riding my bike to my manager's house to drop off some paperwork. As I turned onto her street, the skies opened up. As my clothes became soaked, all I could do was laugh. As I pulled up to her house, the final drops of rain fell, and she opened the door to me, soaking wet, standing under a clear sky as the storm cloud innocently drifted away.

We picked up the mail from vacation. I had many exciting things, including my books from Amazon, my passport, and Photoshop, burned for me by my mom's cousin Bruce!

Radiohead.

Today we only drove through Nebraska and Iowa, so there wasn't much scenery. I did listen to all the Radiohead I have though.

We continued driving home. We stopped at the Salt Lake to try to float. We hiked out at least half a mile and the water was only up to our knees!

Today we had a party at the Reeds'. It was nice and relaxing.

I flew to Phoenix and went to Shannon's house! By the time we finally got food, we were so hungry that we didn't bother with plates or chairs.

MAIN POOL NOT HEATED.

Terrible picture, but tonight was the first time the pool was open since Memorial Day. The heater is still not working. There were not too many swimmers since the air temp was 70 and the pool was much colder than that.

I babysat today. We tried to go to the pool but the filter is still broken. So instead we had water balloon fights and blew bubbles in my backyard.
